登錄后查看至投標截止日(以合同簽署時間為準)，投標人應具有至少1個合同的永久多點系泊錨腿張緊系統的供貨業績(投標人必須是供貨業績的制造商)，且滿足：1) 錨機為立式液壓驅動連續旋轉鏈輪式錨機，且適用于系泊錨腿鏈的最小破斷力不小于24281kN；2) 水上止鏈器適用于系泊錨腿鏈的最小破斷力不小于24281kN；3) 水下七槽旗型鏈輪導鏈器適用于系泊錨腿鏈的最小破斷力不小于24281kN；如投標人提供的永久多點系泊錨機系統單個業績合同無法同時滿足1)、2)和 3)，接受多個業績合同累計滿足1)、2)和 3)要求。投標人須按規定格式提交業績表，并提交相關業績證明文件。業績證明文件包括：1)銷售合同和2)設備總布置圖及關鍵參數和3)用戶簽字或蓋章的到貨驗收材料(到貨驗收單或調試文件或設備接受證明文件或完成系泊回接及張緊的完工證書或產品船級社證書)。投標人所提交的業績證明文件必須至少體現以下內容：合同簽署時間、合同簽署頁(國內貿易合同應有雙方蓋章，國際貿易合同應有雙方簽字或蓋章)、貨物名稱、供貨范圍、上述1)、2)、3)的技術要求、用戶簽字或蓋章的到貨驗收材料。若業績合同為年度協議，除提供年度協議外，還應提供相應的已到貨訂單，訂單內容或編號應與年度協議相關聯。同一個年度協議下提供1個或以上的訂單及與訂單對應的到貨驗收材料均算為1個有效業績。未提交業績證明文件，或通過所提供的業績證明文件無法認定滿足上述業績要求的，均視為無效業績。The manufacturer shall has delivered (the bidder shall be the manufacturer of reference project delivered)at least one set permanent multi-point mooring leg pulling system from 1st of Jan 2005 to bidding data(based on contract date), technical requirement are:1)The vertical continuous rotation hydraulic driven windlass shall be designed for the mooring leg chain that MBL is not less than 24281kN;2)The above water chain stopper shall be designed for the mooring leg chain that MBL is not less than 24281kN;3)Underwater fairlead (seven whelp pockets flag chain sheave) shall be designed for the mooring leg chain that MBL is not less than

And the order content or number shall be associated with the annual agreement. Providing one or more orders and corresponding delivery acceptance materials under the same annual agreement is considered ONE valid trace record.Absence of the reference evidence documents or failure to verify the foregoing information shall be deemed as an invalid track records.
