登錄后查看至投標截止日(以合同簽署時間為準，如未體現合同簽署時間則以合同生效時間為準)，投標人至少具有 1個合同為帶浮筒的懸鏈線永久系泊系統的設計或校核或延壽服務驗收業績(該合同非科研及概念設計，非安裝工況)。投標人須按規定格式提交業績表，并提交相關業績證明文件。業績證明文件包括但不限于：1)合同復印件(含合同簽訂時間頁)和2)服務驗收證明材料。投標人所提交的業績證明文件必須至少體現以下內容：合同簽署時間、項目名稱及服務驗收證明材料(可證明合同工作為系泊設計或校核或延壽工作，非安裝工況內容)。若業績合同為年度協議，除提供年度協議外，還應提供相應的已完工訂單，訂單內容或編號應與年度協議相關聯。同一個年度協議下提供1個或以上的訂單及與訂單對應的服務驗收證明材料均算為1個有效業績。未提交業績證明文件，或通過所提供的業績證明文件無法認定滿足上述業績要求的，均視為無效業績。投標人可提供獨立業績或聯合體業績均可，如投標人提供的業績為聯合體業績，業績應可體現投標人在該業績中承擔上述業績要求職責的相關內容(非安裝工況),否則聯合體業績無效Performance Requirements:Bidders shall satisfy one of the following performance requirements:(1) Between 1 January 2011 and the bid submission deadline (as evidenced by the contract signing date; where this is not specified, the effective date shall apply), the bidder must possess at least one contract for the design, verification, or life extension service acceptance of a polyester cable permanent mooring system incorporating a water-filled buoyancy chamber (excluding research or conceptual design contracts);(2) The bidder must simultaneously satisfy both of the following requirements (if the services listed below are covered within a single contract provided by the bidder, this shall be deemed to meet the performance requirement): ① Between 1 January 2011 and the bid submission deadline (as determined by the contract signing date; if this is not specified, the contract effective date shall apply), the bidder must possess at least one contract demonstrating acceptance performance for the design, verification, or life extension services of a polyester cable permanent mooring system (excluding research or conceptual design contracts，non-installation condition); ② Between 1 January 2011 and the bid submission deadline (determined by the contract signing date; if unspecified, by the contract effective date), the bidder must possess at least one contract demonstrating acceptance performance for the design, verification, or life extension services of a permanent chain-type mooring system with buoyancy units (excluding research or conceptual design contracts，non-installation condition).Bidders shall submit their performance records in the prescribed format, accompanied by relevant supporting documentation. Such supporting documentation shall include, but is not limited to: 1) copies of contracts (including the page indicating the contract signing date) and 2) service acceptance verification materials. The performance records submitted by bidders must demonstrate at least the following: contract signing date, project name, and service acceptance verification materials(which can be proved that contract content is mooring system design, verification, or life extension services,not installation condition). Where the performance contract constitutes an annual agreement, in addition to providing the annual agreement, corresponding completed orders must also be submitted. The content or order number of such orders shall be linked to the annual agreement. One or more orders provided under the same annual agreement, together with the corresponding service acceptance documentation, shall count as one valid performance record. Failure to submit performance documentation, or where the submitted documentation fails to demonstrate compliance with the aforementioned performance requirements, shall be deemed an invalid performance record.Bidders may submit either independent or consortium performance records. Should consortium performance records be submitted, they must demonstrate the bidder's fulfilment of the aforementioned performance requirements within that consortium project(non-installation condition).
